Our terms of service are then split into five sections:
For businesses and organisations using GoCardless to collect payments from their own customers.
For software platforms and developers who integrate GoCardless into their software and offer it to their users.
For individuals or businesses who have made or are making Instant Bank Payments (Pay by Bank) to a merchant via GoCardless, or users of Bank Account Data.
For third-party vendors and service providers who sell products or services directly to GoCardless.
For users who wish to use our white-label API and offer native bank payments under their own brand.
